We know that Google in its algorithm has the famous 200 known points and approximately 10,000 unknown points, which only with tests and experience can we discover them.
What do we get with an SEO audit?
We managed to have a web project as Google likes, making indexation and positioning much easier.
What do we audit?
The SEOagil audits are complete but technical SEO has a great weight. We go into the guts of the webs to find everything that Google does not like and optimize it. We analyze more than 200 points (known and not so well known).
Why do we give technical SEO so much importance?
Without a good technical basis, it will not do to have the best content in the world, nor the best studies of keywords. If spiders or Google robots are like thieves who enter our house and remove everything; if we put impediments, example: key in the drawers, alarm, etc., maybe they can take 3 or 4 things but they will not be able to take everything we have. If we make it easy and leave it all open, they can take it to the last detail we have.
With the webs, the same thing happens: the easier the Google spiders have it, the easier it will be for us to position each part of the web.
Our objective with audits is to seek technical excellence.
“We must remember that Google does not position a website, but the pages and elements (example: images) of a website. Therefore, the more optimized it is so that it can track freely, the easier we will position ourselves and the better results will have the keywords we use.
How do we do it?
- Tools: Correct configuration of Google tools (Google Analytics and Google Search Console). At this point, we register and inform Google of all the elements we want to index and those that we do not. We register all versions of the web, sitemaps, tags, etc.
- URL's: We review URLs. This is one of the aspects that search engines explore and use to create their index, we value that they are made with an optimal structure and with the appropriate depth levels.
- Images: We audit images to be optimal for the image algorithm and thus be able to position them.
- Crawl: It is necessary that the guts of the web are easy enough so that search engines can track the entire web without problems. If not, to have the content worked properly won’t come to nothing, because the robots will not be able to access to them as they wish. At this point, we work all the necessary aspects so that the robots can track everything freely.
- Speed: If a page does not load before 2 seconds, it has a high probability of rebound. Google is committed to the user experience and speed is one of the most important aspects and a growing positioning factor.
- Technical aspects: We check the size of all the metadata (titles, metadescriptions, h1, etc.), that there are no duplicates, that there is a correct hierarchy of headings, that there are no pages not found (404), breadcrumbs, broken links, etc.
- Code errors and malpractice: Not having code errors is the "icing on the cake" that can differentiate you from the competition. It is a plus to the positioning. And always doing white SEO is also very important if we want stability in the project.
- Mobile version: We know that a large part of searches are via mobile and that they are increasing. Here, the user experience must be of a very high quality. We audit all the necessary aspects to achieve this quality.
- SEO On-Page: We review all the content and metadata so that they are relevant to the pages to which they belong, that have the right keywords and that are not cannibalized among them.
